REGULAR ONGOING CLEANING: (on-going service;  bi-weekly and monthly)

 

Description: This option is not set in stone. Clients have the opportunity to navigate what works best for the cleaner and the client regarding on-going cleaning duties.

 

Rates:

1. $35/hr (one cleaner)

2. $65/hr (two cleaners)

3. $15 (product fee on top of total amount)

4. $20 (hand upholstery/shampoo cleaner; this does small jobs)

 

Minimum: This package includes a 2 hour minimum

MOVE OUT CLEAN:

 

Description: bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, entry way, and basement: All Areas Include: baseboards, scrub/sweep/vacuum floors, inside windows, behind hard to reach surfaces that may be missed at a regular cleaning, organize pantry, wipe/vacuum furniture, spot clean walls, disinfect all light switches etc, empty trash, inside appliances (oven, microwave). Additional cleaning can be discussed (this may result in extra costs)

1. $40/hr (one cleaner)

2. $70/hr (two cleaners)

3. $15 (product fee on top of total amount)

4. $50 (carpet cleaning fee on top of total amount)

SPRING CLEANING:
